This policy explains how Rillwood Leasing Automation handles information when an authorized user connects Google services to the application.

Information we process

The application may process Gmail messages, message metadata, labels, contact details, rental inquiry information, and Google Calendar event information required to manage inquiries and viewing appointments.

How information is used

Information is used only to classify rental inquiries, maintain internal records, schedule or update viewings, send related communications, and operate or troubleshoot the automation.

Google user data

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred to unrelated third parties. Access is limited to the functions authorized by the user and required to operate the service.

Storage and security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. Data may be stored in connected workflow, database, email, and calendar services controlled by the authorized operator.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for rental administration, operational records, legal obligations, and system troubleshooting. An authorized user may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
