Rillwood Leasing Automation is a private administrative tool for authorized users. By connecting an account or using the application, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use the application only for lawful rental inquiry, communication, record-management, and viewing-scheduling activities for which you have authority.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your connected accounts, reviewing automated outputs, maintaining accurate information, and promptly revoking access if you suspect unauthorized use.

Service availability

The application may depend on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable or produce incomplete results. Important records, messages, and appointments should be reviewed before reliance.

Prohibited use

You must not use the application to violate privacy rights, applicable law, Google policies, or the rights of another person.
